Territory Leader – Asia and Pacific

A globally experienced educator, Ms. Elias has served in government education systems across Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom, the Turks & Caicos Islands, the United States, the Cayman Islands, Brunei Darussalam, and South Korea.

Certified in both the United Kingdom and the United States, she brings a rich international perspective to curriculum design, teacher development, and student engagement.

Her work has been recognized with numerous honors, including awards from Fulbright TGC, the National Education Association (NEA) Foundation, Wake Electric, the United Arts Council, the Department of Defense Schools, and the Rotary Foundation.

Ms. Elias is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and serves as the Education and Training Advisor with Forensic CPA Global Society. In this role, she supports efforts to unify forensic accounting education by streamlining curriculum resources, developing training materials, and advancing financial literacy and fraud detection initiatives. Her expertise in interdisciplinary instruction and professional development continues to drive innovative, equitable, and future-ready learning experiences worldwide.

Dr Perry Stanislas
Territory Leader – Africa

Dr Perry Stanislas is an international policing and security specialist with over 40 years’ experience, starting his career as a security and intelligence officer for a major Pan African political organisation before joining Bedfordshire Police. He is Programme Director for Postgraduate policing and security studies at Canterbury Christ Church University (UK) and its international and globalisation School Lead where he is responsible for developing strategies across the policing, law, forensic sciences, criminology, psychology and politics departments with partner institutions abroad. Prior to taking this role, he was the Programme Director of the MSc in Police Science run jointly with the Netherlands Police Academy. Perry has decades of experience in police and law enforcement training, professional development, and accreditation. His book International Perspectives on Police Education was translated into Turkish to train criminal justice professionals.

Dr Stanislas teaches policing and security matters in Sub Saharan Africa and the English-speaking Caribbean and particularly organised crime, financial crime and corruption, international money laundering, transnational policing inter alia. He has served as an expert witness for US and Canadian courts, and as a trainer and consultant for crime prevention programmes run by the World Bank in East Africa. Prior to returning to the UK in 2021 Dr Stanislas was a professor of policing and security at Rabdan Academy Abu Dhabu.

Dr Stanislas is an executive member of the Association of Caribbean Criminal Justice Professionals (ACJP), who among other things have been instrumental in increasing the awareness about the importance of criminal justice matters and careers in the field. Its members contributed to writing the successful and groundbreaking Handbook of Caribbean Criminology now in its third volume. The ACJP have played a critical leadership role in growing the discipline of criminology and its various specialisms in the Caribbean. Dr Stanislas is an honorary member of the Caribbean Institute of Forensic Accountants and has worked closely with them over the years.

Dr Stanislas is the co-author of Public Corruption, Regional, and National Perspectives on Procurement Fraud and numerous other publications. Perry is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he obtained his PhD in 2007.

My career has developed within prestigious global audit firms such as PwC, KPMG, and BDO, as well as in leading companies in the energy and mining sectors. I specialize in the prevention, detection, and investigation of corporate fraud, the design of compliance systems, and the promotion of organizational ethics.
